From June 29-July 2, families who enjoy cooking together will gather at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel for a 3-night Kids Cooking Camp.  Your package includes accommodations in a room with two double beds; breakfast each morning; a welcome reception on Sunday evening to meet the chefs; two days of cooking classes; family lunch on Monday; “Graduation” dinner on Tuesday; a group photo; two tickets to Summer Waves water park; and two tickets to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center.  Last year’s camp featured kitchen safety, lasagna making, pastry making and more.  Founded in 1886, the hotel was once the private winter retreat of America’s wealthiest families with such members as Morgan, Rockefeller, Pulitzer and Vanderbilt.  Located on the Golden Isles of Georgia, the resort also showcases golf, tennis, bike rentals, minigolf, croquet, gym and more.
