We are so excited that Canyon Ranch, Lenox, located in the heart of Massachusetts’s Berkshires, will hold its inaugural Canyon Ranch Summer Family Camp this summer from July 28-August 4.  All generations—from children to grandparents—are invited for a special week unlike any that the renowned wellness resort and spa has ever offered.  Your family can stay for a few nights or the entire week to experience a variety of fitness activities, spa and beauty, outdoor sports, culinary and mind-and-spirit programs that are designed for all ages. They have also included summer camp classics from campfires to scavenger hunts, arts-and-crafts, and field days!  Daily activities for every in the family abound….children ages nine and under can take part in nature walks, superhero fitness quests, treasures hunts and more, while ages 10-13 can enjoy fishing, archery and birding along with dance workshops, crafts, yoga, etc.  Even your teens will look forward to it: ages 14-18 will be offered Canyon Ranch style services such as spa treatments, mental fitness, and more.  Parents can have their own schedule and can sneak away to the spa, a tennis session, or a paddleboard yoga class.   Come and enjoy summer camp vibes and sublime summertime weather this summer in Lenox!
