Here’s a fun nature activity to enjoy with the whole family while traveling…check out the Seek app by iNaturalist.  This free app uses your camera to help identify plants and animals all around you.  You can even earn badges for seeing different types of birds, amphibians, plants, and fungi and participate in various challenges. No registration is involved, and no user data is collected.  Seek will ask permission to turn on location services, but your location is obscured to respect your privacy. iNaturalist is a joint initiative of the California Academy of Sciences and the National Geographic Society!
