Citymapper. Real-time journey planner helping you to quickly get from A to B by public transport, bike, foot and every other transit mode imaginable.  The app is ntegrated with Uber and gives weather updates.

Packpoint. Will organize what you need to pack based on length of travel, weather at your destination and any activities planned during your trip.  Will also generate custom lists for you.
