Intrawest Resorts is going all out to attract families for the 2014-2015 season with a Family Pass that allows children 12 and younger to ski free at any of its mountain resorts. The six-day, multi-mountain pass is good at Snowshoe, Stratton, Tremblant, Blue Mountain, Winter Park and Steamboat Springs. As many as 16 passes can be sold together which means that friends can be included in the family group. “Times are changing and so is the traditional family structure,” said Bill Jensen, CEO, Intrawest Resorts. “Whether you’re a traditional, single parent, or multi-generational family, we’ve created The Intrawest Passport to give your family the most flexibility and affordability to come ski or snowboard our mountains.” The pass also has no blackout dates which means that family groups can travel on holidays.
