The Landing Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe’s first lakeside five-star luxury resort, is set to open this month. The 88-room property is located three blocks from Heavenly Village and Gondola, and guestrooms are equipped with fireplaces, private decks and private beach access. It also features an oversized stone-faced fireplace in the lobby, outdoor fire pits on a lakeside patio outside the new Jimmy’s Restaurant, an outdoor pool and hot tub and free ski storage, ski valet services and boot warmers. Other amenities include an extensive wine cellar, a fitness center and full-service spa. Accommodations range from rooms to a three bedroom suite.
